BCL transformed this Gatewood Hills property into a modern, functional, and visually striking outdoor space. The basketball court adds a dynamic recreational space, while the fire pit area offers a cozy setting for gatherings. The sleek concrete pathway with stepper detailing enhances the contemporary feel, and the reading area provides a peaceful escape. Carefully chosen drought-tolerant and pollinator-friendly plants bring vibrancy and sustainability, while strategic lighting and irrigation ensure lasting beauty and efficiency. Every design element was curated to enhance the property’s great views, creating a cohesive and inviting landscape that blends style, function, and nature.

Installed a concrete, half basketball court to integrate a recreational space with the new landscape.

Installed a fire pit seating area at a corner of backyard using ‘Desert Gold’ decomposed granite to create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Concrete Pathway
Created a sleek and modern color concrete pathway from driveway to main entrance broken up with steppers and beach pebble buff accents for visual interest.

Reading Area
Added a tranquil front yard rest/reading area with a striking olive tree as an accent that will offer shade in the future surrounded by a decomposed granite pad.
